Lauren Yoder
Lauren Yoder was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. She left to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she majored in Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in public relations. She also earned a Master's degree in sport leadership and administration from Virginia Commonwealth University where she worked as a graduate assistant in the sports information department.
As an undergrad, Lauren studied in Norwich, England and has traveled to such destinations as Scotland, Ireland, Spain and Greece. She enjoys visiting the coast and has been to beaches in all of these countries, as well as to the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.
Lauren is an active person and her passions include competing in triathlons, cycling, running and waterskiing. She also enjoys refereeing high school and youth soccer games. In college she was captain of the women's varsity rowing team and her next personal challenges are to compete in an Ironman triathlon and learn how to windsurf.
